Property found onboard our ferries is kept at Queens Wharf, Newcastle. The Lost Property office is open Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm for enquiries and collection. You can contact the office on (02) 4974 1160.
If you leave a message with your contact details and the lost property item, Newcastle Transport will contact you if the item is found.
You can also visit the Newcastle Transport Hub located at the Newcastle Interchange, from Monday to Friday.
